Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Experience:- 5 to 12 Years

Salary- 7 LPA

The responsibilities of the appointed Chartered Accountant would be as under : –

1. Day-to-day monitoring of Accounts

2. Day-to-day Liaisoning with Bank for facilities.

3. Compliance with matters related Companies Act, 2013

4. Companies with matters related to GST.

5. Compliance with matters related to the Income Tax Act.

6. To update the Management on various changes in the Companies Act, 2013, GST Act and Income Tax Act and the impact thereof on the organization.

7. Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis.

8. Cash Flow statement for Management information.

9. Costing and Product pricing policy in consultation with Management.

10. Arranging for working capital requirements and funding requirements in Consultation with Management.

11. Getting the Audit done

12. Preparing the Financial Statements on monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis

Job Description:-

Responsible for preparation of financial statements in conformance to applicable reporting standards and assist in the conduct of audit.
Responsible to prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, periodical MIS, other financial reports
Responsible to provide, prepare and submit regulatory information
Responsible for computation of taxes, preparation of tax returns and ensuring all round compliance
Responsible to develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems
Should have sound understanding of revenue and associated costs
Responsible to assist in day to day functioning of the finance functions and supervise accounting team
Responsible to support requirements of Operations team in day to day functioning
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary upto:- 20000/- per month
Qualification:- Graduate/CA Intermediate
Experience:- 2 -3 Year’s Experience candidates under CA Firm
